Attorney Profiles

Laura Sasaki (Trial Attorney)

Attorney Laura Sasaki has been a cyclist, triathlete and endurance athlete for over 10 years. She is an active member of her triathlon club, competes in events regularly, and enjoys training rides on a regular basis.

As a cyclist, Laura understands just how vulnerable cyclists are to bad road conditions and inattentive motorists.

Laura spent over 7 years defending personal injury cases.  After years on the defense, she is now using her knowledge of the defense world to represent cyclists in bike accidents.  She has handled cases against government entities for bad road conditions (i.e., sinkholes, potholes, uneven ruts, etc.).  She also handles cases against motorists who cause harm and injury to cyclists.

Laura is currently working on legislation for cyclists.  Several states currently have laws that require motorist to leave 3 feet when passing a cyclist.  She also is working on a reporting system that provides government entities with information concerning bad road conditions that cause a safety hazard for cyclists.

Laura strives for excellence, fighting for the rights of her clients.  She has handled numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations.
